Update

We had a wonderful and beautiful wedding day! We had a blast! The ceremony was worshipful and the reception was quite the celebration! We thank all who were able to come and celebrate with us. You came from all over this country and were such an encouragement to us. For those who could not come, we thank you for your love and prayers! We left on Monday, June 9, from Birmingham for a 7 day surprise honeymoon. Cathy did not find out the destination until we changed planes in Houston. Not knowing which gate to go to, Jeff directs her to the one leading to....drum roll...CANCUN! WOW! We flew first class to an all inclusive resort called The Royal at Cancun! We were spoiled by the ocean front view from our room, the excellent service, the wonderful food, gorgeous beaches...ahhhh...You understand how hard it was to come home!!! So we have been married now for 6 weeks and are doing great. We continue to rent on Yorkshire Drive. We continue to pray daily for a buyer for Jeff's home in Starkville. We would appreciate your prayers and any help spreading the word about his house. It's a great house! Jeff will wrap things up at MSU in the next few weeks and start officially working for the U. of Alabama on Aug. 16. He works from home for now travelling to MSU about once a week. Cathy is back in the swing at UAB doing outpatient PT...starting a new program and continuing in the wheelchair clinic. That's the catch up on us. PREWEDDING:

Update

After 4 weeks on the market, Cathy's house sold and it closed on May 23rd. Again a God thing! It get's better! Just 2 weeks prior to the offer on the house, she found out the house she used to rent was opening up! You got it...She moved in and we will rent there until Jeff's house sells (stay tuned for the next update). The owners are great and not holding us to a lease and it's a great place! God's great provision for sure!
