This has been a big week for developmental milestones. Over the last week, leading up to today, Claire's 8 month birthday, Claire has mastered going from her tummy to sitting up, sitting up independently, rocking forward from sitting to all 4s, pulling up to standing in her crib, and her first tooth is on the way. WOW! Lots of photos and video going this week. She weighed in at 15 pounds one month ago. She eats baby food 3 times/day, gets milk 5 times/day, and is taking 3 naps/day around 1 hour each. She goes down for the night around 7:30 and gets up between 6:30 and 7:00 the next morning. She loves shaking toys, patting things, and grabbing noses, hair and trying to flip light switches. Jeff and I were scurrying this weekend putting up things she could crawl to since she will likely be doing that by the end of this week. Outlets are plugged and latches have been purchased. She has the most adorable wide eyes that are eager to learn and touch so we'll have our hands full keeping her safe. She giggles and smiles a ton loves to turn pages of books and teethe on them :)) She's now wearing 6-9 month tops and barely 6 month bottoms. She is doing great at day care and graduated to the next class in the church nursery. She needed more stimulation :)) I have some fun video clips to share but might take some time to figure out how to load them, but here's some photos of her at present time.
