May

Click HERE FOR MAY PICS..."May is busier than December" is what I heard from many friends...it's true! End of the school year is rapid fire...field trip to Botanical Gardens to meet Beekeeper and learn about pollination, Field Day, Talent Show (great display of courage and creativity!), Awards Day (community service and fitness awards). Thankful for a great year with Mrs Mitchell and all the staff at GVES!! Claire played in her first piano recital playing "Tea Time" written by Great Aunt Carolyn Setliff. We went to watch my patient and friend Coach Frank Orgel rapel down 19 floors from the Galleria Tower to raise $ to fight ALS! We also took in some SEC baseball and endured tough loss of LSU to Ole MIss. that always hurts! We got to go to Baton Rouge to celebrate Grandmommy's Bday and I got to teach a 2 day CEU course there. PIANO RECITAL TALENT SHOW
