Sweet Big Sis

Shannon and Dana Cobb are friends we met in our Sunday School class who have now moved on to full time ministry to the "uttermost parts of the world" in very rural Missouri. Shannon taught in our class some and once told us how he and Dana would tell their kids, "Of all the little girls/boys in the whole world, we would chose you!" or something like that. We adopted that and have been telling Claire that most every night! One night last week, we were all in her room reading and singing and preparing for bed...when on her on accord, she says, "Joel, of all the little brothers in the whole world, I would choose you." Tears welled in my eyes!
