God Speaks Through a Sunset

Ever have those moments when you truly know God speaks and it's refreshing? Sometimes I think I hear Him and other times I think I'm trying to speak for Him. But I was jogging around Star Lake in Hoover and decompressing from the day when I noticed the below Sunset that followed me long as I jogged. I tried to run faster and it kept up. I tried to slow down and the rays slowed down. It was then that God inaudibly said, "You can go nowhere from my presence. You can't out run me and I won't leave you if you slow down. We are connected and this ray of light on the water is direct and straight to my heart. Run with me!" It was a worshipful moment in the midst of a nutty week. Thanks, Lord!
